Where Is Safety, Shelter And Peace?

As of Rosh Hashanah the year 2000, mankind has been on the earth for 7000 years according to the records of the ancient scribes. But did you realize to God that is only one week!
II Peter 3:8 explains this plainly.
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

So as of the year 2000 we are now in the second week or the early dawn of the eighth day.
In those seven days, amazing things happened, some good, some bad, unfortunately a lot bad! Mankind fell, was banished from the garden and limited to this world. Man's spirit died making him a carnal soulish being, overcome with lust of the eye, lust of the flesh, pride of life! By the first pair turning their backs on the Word and wisdom and ignoring God's law, they were in the right frame of mind to rebelliously consume Satan's knowledge and comfortably settle into his world. At the same time it was easy to become compatible with his rules that were in no way God's will! Just as sad, they were unknowingly guided by the evil spirit of unrighteousness in place of wisdom.
We see this explained in the book of Enoch, the seventh from Adam chapter 42 verses 2 and 3.

2 Wisdom went forth to make her dwelling among the children of men, and found no dwelling-place: Wisdom returned to her place and took her seat among the angels. (now here is where evil entered the world)

Throughout the seven thousand years this spirit was the predominant evil force that has helped Satan fulfill his plan for supremacy and attempt to become like God to His people. The spirit has a name by the way.
Revelation 17:5 declares it.
5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, (here is what we need to know) THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

As we see she is the mother of all evil, all the abominations of the earth, she is Satan's helpmate! We see her influence as early as Genesis 6 where the angels of God were able to coerce the daughters of man into sexual relationships producing a mixed species of creatures half man, half angel. Thus the Lord's creation was altered physically from God's perfection, no longer one kind. Now mankind was spiritually and physically better suited to serve the enemy! They were spiritually dead through their original sin, so could not understand spiritual things any longer and were now weakened bodily through being a mixed species! Sickness, disease and physical defects were introduced to the human race!
God's reaction to all this was the most catastrophic event of the seven thousand years!
Genesis 6:6-7
6 And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.
7 So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.”

God angrily submerged the whole planet in floodwaters, drowning all on it with the exception of Noah, his three sons and their families along with a pair of each species of animals to start over. Hopefully you would think this would produce a higher order of man and creatures than what they had become before the flood. Babylon was there to greet them however as they departed from the safety of the ark and one of Noah's sons performed a perverted act bringing sin right back into the world! But you know, Noah himself was righteous as were many, many other men and women of God during the seven thousand years. Through these ones the Lord miraculously preserved His truth released for that time ever moving the church forward. Even through the dark ages He kept His light shining and throughout the generations of man He led the church to today.
Through Moses Judaism was birthed, which grew into a great witness to the world whose prophecies are to this day being fulfilled! Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, King David and many before and after them saw the light of God's truth and kept the church moving onward towards the Lord's plan for restoration. Satan and Babylon were there all along however to do their utmost to trample truth and destroy God's people according to his plan. But, God too had a plan and the church made a drastic change with the birth of Christ! Christianity now took up the torch and became the second witness for God's people! From the cross to the year 2000 Satan and Babylon have spread their lies, perverted sound doctrine, divided God's people into denominations and swallowed or assimilated God's people into the world's society! Probably one of the most damaging lies Babylon herself taught was that God's people were no longer under the law of God! Of course with the turn from Judaism to Christianity we were no longer under the Mosaic law, but we still had access to God's law in order to guide, protect and help us walk in His will, and still do! From the model prayer the Lord gave us we can see His Kingdom won't come until His will is being done! Satan and Babylon are well aware of this so the scripture found in Hebrews 10:16 was a well kept secret and for the most part well hidden from the church.
Hebrews 10:16 was there all along.

Bottom line, the last day of the 7000 year week, the seventh day has been the most damaging by far! Part of the reason, as the last day of the week was coming to an end, the light from God's truth began to get dimmer and dimmer! He was moving the church onward towards the next day, the eighth day! The seventh day was over.
The enemy took advantage of the lull, he loves darkness. Evil rapidly spread, Satan gained ground at the end of the seventh day. Look around you, society all over the world has regressed including the world's churches! The governments of the world are in disarray as are all of man's systems! Chaos everywhere! In the natural things look really bad, don't they? But remember, our God is not carnal, He is a spirit and there is a much different picture and perspective in the supernatural!
Let me explain. You see, in the first five days of God's 7000 year week almost every interaction He had with man could be seen in the natural. All men were of course of the Adamic race during that time and to them seeing was believing. In the last two days of the 7000 year week things changed with Christ! Still many things were manifested to the natural so man could believe through Christ's works, but, the supernatural became more and more understandable as man was born again and filled with the Spirit. His own personal spirit, awakened through baptism could as it matured begin to see the supernatural a little more clearly. However, once again the church was slowed down. By the end of day six the church experienced a spiritual darkness and much taught by the apostles in the early years of Christianity was lost to the church! However, thankfully in the last day of God's week, what I refer to as the seventh day, much of what was taught in the early days of the church was brought back to remembrance! Nuggets of light-bearing truth were released that unfortunately were tightly held by small church groups evolving into multiple denominations. Satan now had God's people divided! The supernatural became covered over by carnality and man's intellect, the nuggets were again lost. Even though the light of God's truth began to dim at the seventh day's end, it still glowed ever so slightly, just enough to get man to the eighth day!
As big a step as it was for the church to move from Judaism to Christianity, it is even a harder step for it to move to the eighth day. Why? Because the supernatural is not comprehensible to the intellectual, it will only be seen by those that love truth, crave God's knowledge and have amply fed their spirit man instead of their intellect.
By the way, did you know the number eight stands for new beginnings? So as people that love the eighth day knowledge read Hebrews 6:1-3 they say, “Let's go!!”

So here we go! Onward in God's plan for restoration! Let us begin our eighth day knowledge by answering the question, where do we find the Kingdom?
Luke 17:20-21 answers that for us.
20 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation (it's not seen);
21 nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

Where do these Kingdom people live?
Revelation 21:10 gives us a clue.
10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

Let's take a closer look at God's mountain and you will see what I mean.
Hebrews 12: 18, 22-24
18 For you have not come to the mountain that may be touched and that burned with fire, and to blackness and darkness and tempest, (The natural mountain Moses received the law on.)
22 But you have come to Mount Sion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem (she was designed by God in the heavens and sent down to earth), to an innumerable company of angels, (This mountain and city are guarded and protected by God's angels.)
23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn (those baptized and born through Jesus) who are registered in heaven (they are listed in the book of Life kept in heaven), to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

Now let us take a closer look at God's city.

12 Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west.
14 Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

Not a natural city or mountain, or anything that can be seen by carnal man is it?
Revelation 21:1-5 explains.
1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away (this is what happens to the world we see now). Also there was no more sea.
2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband (she is designed by God whereas Babylon was designed by Satan).
3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men (David's Tabernacle, house of God and His throne), and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. (Now the promises can be fulfilled!)
4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain (now here is really good news!), for the former things have passed away.” (Yeah!!)
5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

You see, our soul man by himself cannot see these things! Again they are spiritually discerned.
Now you may ask, who specifically are the people in God's mountain?
Ephesians 4:11
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, (These are those He governs through.)

Who then are those in God's city?
Galatians 3:27, 29

29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. (The people of Israel are in that city.)

So where does this eighth day knowledge come from? If you look on the top of God's mountain you will see the light of God's knowledge giving life to all those that take it to heart.
II Corinthians 4:6
6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness (of the seventh day), who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

John 1:1-4

There is a beautiful fountain that flows from the top of God's mountain, clear waters of truth.
The first witness actually prophesied of this fountain through Zechariah in Zechariah 13:1.
1 “In that day (the eighth day) a fountain (the Word, the knowledge, the Light, Christ) shall be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness.

This mountain with its light and fountain is the dwelling place of God in fulfillment of Isaiah 2:2.
2 Now it shall come to pass in the latter days (eighth day) that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. (For guidance, direction, protection and covering.)

Have you picked up the fact that the house of God has a name, the tabernacle or house of David.
Acts 15:16-17 speaks of this house.
16 ‘After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David (according to His specifications), which has fallen down (this was in the natural, therefore temporary); I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up (an eternal supernatural house on the eternal supernatural mountain); 17 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who are called by My name, says the Lord who does all these things.’

See how this fulfills the scripture at Isaiah 2:2 above? You see the eighth day knowledge is a combination of both witnesses. What was foreshadowed for carnal man in the natural would become a reality in the supernatural for the eighth day.
I Corinthians 15:46 explains,

So you may ask, why do we really need to understand all this? Why do we have to see God's mountain and city? Why do we have to see and look forward to a Kingdom we can't see?
Because the supernatural is our real home! Our bodies connect us to earth making the two realms one, but the supernatural is the original predominant realm. It is where all our blessings are, where all the promises of God are fulfilled, best yet, where eternal life is!!!
Apostle Paul understood this, but like I said before much was lost in the dark period of the church.

In the light of the eighth day we are beginning to see the previously unseen mountain of God and His city. His Kingdom is now clearly becoming our home. His living waters are there to cleanse us of all false doctrines and lies and quench our thirst for more knowledge. We wear unseen armor over unseen robes of righteousness. I could go on and on about this unseen realm, and for those that would like to investigate God's Kingdom further I would like to explain a little bit more about those that are its citizens.
In the beginning Adam and Eve were created absolutely perfect. They were in the image of the Father but given a body so they could function on the home God gave them. The whole earth was theirs. This is where we want to get back to!
Through the eyes of their spirit they clearly saw what we call the supernatural today as well as what we call the natural. Both realms were as one through them. As we know when they fell from God's grace their spirits died and they lost the ability to see in the supernatural. Their soul man became their guide and it is limited to this realm we now call the natural. As man absorbed more and more of Satan's knowledge over the 7000 years his perspective changed, his traits and mindsets grew more carnal and for the most part the only curiosity that remained about the supernatural was for the evil, the dark kingdom. The games they play, the movies they watch, the books they read show their fascination with the dark side of the supernatural. Eve wanted to be able to choose good or evil and so it is with the carnal man today!
The eighth day new creature however has a desire to return to man's original perfection. This perspective is because their thinking has been molded by the two witnesses and their minds have been fed from God's true feasts. The truth, the light from them both comes together in the eighth day child! They celebrated the feasts of Leviticus 23 until they literally became the manifestation of them and grew spiritually fat on the truth preserved by the two witnesses. This, combined with the insight released in these last days, has caused a new species to metamorphose into a new generation, children of God. These are the children of the mountain and city.
In closing, the Light shines brightly from God's mountain, and Truth is flowing freely as living waters from His fountain. From David's Tabernacle He will guide you and the gates of His city are open to all that find them. Inside is safety, shelter and peace.
